Phil joined our crew in 1998 at our second concert, and now is an essential part of our team. He supplies and operates all the sound equipment and special effects, which seem to get bigger and better every year! He has been to many of our rehearsals to video the children and has produced the video footage you will see at the performance. Together with John, he is responsible for the recording and production of the CD. John is Catherine's father and was one of the initial founders of Juni-Stars and now Voce!. He is a Jack of all Trades! He has set up the web site for the internet, taken all the photgraphs for the site and for the programme, printed the programmes and the tickets. He is responsible together with Phil for the CD recording. On the night of the concert itself, he will be helping set up all the sound equipment etc, and generally trying to be in 10 places at once! Mary is Catherine’s mum. She is responsible for writing the script for the show and organizing and co-ordinating costumes. She is known on the team as “musical director” as all the songs chosen for the show are down to her. She will be back stage making sure all the costumes are on the correct person, in the correct scene at the correct time. She has also contributed many ideas towards the dancing and scenery. Mary is a valuable asset to Juni-Stars and has been there right from day one. How could we manage without her? The answer simply is we couldn’t! Helen is Catherine's sister and has been involved on concert night since the start in 1997. She is part of our "Kids Crew" and is responsible for the smooth running of the first half of the show, taking charge of the keyboard players, making sure they make it onto the stage on time and genrally keeping them in order! Roger has certainly livened up since he joined us! He comperés the concert, does the 'warm up' at the beginning of the show , as well as helping Phil with the sound etc. This year, together with Phil, he put on a sponsored disco and danceathon to help raise money for the Charities.
